Alchemy Technologies Limited have assisted in a variety of industrial agglomeration projects for customers across the UK. These projects will vary from basic test work through to full scale commercial toll conversion.

Products successfully converted include:
Bentonite Drilling pellets, Industrial salt briquettes and pellets, foundry fluxes, Chemical catalyst tablets, metal oxides, plasma and extraction dusts, coal and coal composites, flue and bag house dusts, biomass, refuse derived fibres, gypsum, clinical waste, chicken litter, tyre fibres, waste paper and sawdust.

Metal powders and swarfs converted include:
Nickel, niobium, tantalum, magnesium, cobalt, copper, bronze, stainless steel, zinc, aluminium, ferro alloy fines and titanium sponge.

In addition to this we also have expertise in the conversion of tungsten carbide grinding sludges, ferro-alloy and coke fines into large cupola blocks.
